For 15+ years, Troy has been cultivating genuine relationships, following his personal mantra of “Do great work for good people.” Working with Connecticut agencies both small and large, for clients that include start-up entrepreneurs and not-for-profit organizations, as well as mid-sized and large corporations such as BYK USA, Travelers Insurance, Otis Elevators, and Hasbro, Troy’s work has been recognized in local, national, and international competitions, and published in numerous industry books. More importantly, this diversity of experiences has led to a style of open and confident leadership — one that brings a physical embodiment to the mindfulness, spirit, and core values of 
our company.
